EVERGREEN HOUSE
Designed for a builder intending resale, the site presented challenges in terms of site access, view and privacy. Within a well planned subdivision, the driveway access was relocated to provide a more functional approach to the dwelling. The house is an “upside down house” meaning that the living-dining-kitchen-deck and master bedroom are on the upper level to access a limited ocean view and sunlight. The lower floor includes a double car garage, entry, mudroom, two bedrooms and bath (or office-bedroom). The upper floor has a generous dining area and gourmet kitchen and pantry with direct access to a south oriented deck and ocean views. The sitting area also has views and an air tight fireplace. On this upper level is a powder room and a separate master bedroom with generous dressing closet and ensuite with both a soaking tub and stall shower.
